I went through so many different emotions this game, being a giants fan I’m used to them losing a heartbreaker feels good for them to be on the other side of it..

I gotta say Devito is really settling in with the offense. He seems much more confident in the pocket and also when scrambling. And one thing I think we all found out tonight is the kid has a cannon for an arm. Even if DJ is sidelined starting next year due to the Achilles injury, an entire offseason of him working with the primary group of receivers/offense may yield huge dividends for the Giants. He's got the pocket presence to know when to bail out, throw on the run and when needed he pulls it down and can run it very effectively. This is going to be a VERY interesting offseason with the way this kid is playing. You can see how the team (on offense and defense) is really responding to his energy and enthusiasm.

I am a Steeler fan, but I was screaning my head off last night for the Giants. Gutsy, gutsy, play, scrambling by the young QB, WOW!

One of Tommy Devito’s best performances I have ever seen. He was playing especially well against the Packers defense today. I hope he goes far in his career and continues to be a starter for the Giants.

4 weeks ago the giants were 2-8. Under shurmur, mcadoo and judge this team crawls up and dies. For daboll they have gone out with a 3rd string QB, won 3 straight with a chance at wildcard. This is a sign of a GREAT COACH who has and is building something special

I don't want the team to tank. Despite the need at QB, the reality is there's an entire roster of players that you lose when you tank! Guys don't want to play football to lose. It's too tough, too dangerous, too demanding to play such a game without the hope and the reward that winning provides. As physical as this game is, what you can't afford to lose is the psyche of the players. So I'm totally for the way Daboll and his staff has these players approaching the games!

As a Lions fan, thank you Giants for beating the Packers. Also, I really like Tommy Devito. An undrafted 3rd string QB is out there making moves and I love to see it. He's not perfect, but playing an impressive game all things considered. I really hope they develop him well and he ends up the franchise QB for the Giants. I'm really rooting for him.

This is why the NFL is (and will always be) the most popular pro sports league in the US. Just look at the race for the final WC spot in both the AFC and NFC, it’s going to be a wild 4 games to determine those teams. And as a Bears fan, if you would have told me in week 5 that both the Giants and Bears were at 5-8, 1 game out of the final WC spot- I would have laughed out loud. I mean, here’s two teams that many thought may not even reach 3 wins in total this year, and now both are getting solid wins and fighting every week to stay alive. The next 4 games will mean a ton for so many fanbases out there, and this game was a perfect example of that. I have little doubt the playoffs will be even more exciting.

To all the Packers fans out there, this loss isn’t nearly as bad as you might think. The only thing bad about the Giants is the numbers on the bottom of the screen. This isn’t the same Giants that went 2-7, this is the Giants that have gone 3-0 since. We have more talent than most think and we play with tenacity and heart. Good luck on your playoff bid Packers!
