I always got the feeling that they hate it when the stage is pushed too far back from the crowd, but sometimes that's not something they have control over, it's the venues decision.
@bgomez12148 жыл бұрын
yeah! especially billie since he likes to be connected with the crowd from beginning to end of the show but as you said, not their decision

Any idea of why Billie left at 1:43? I knew he was prone to panic attacks at the time but I thought that was only really from playing big gigs and in general anxiety. He didn't look too stressed before then though. Can't lie though, Panic Song always makes me cry a bit, its up there with Uptight, Armatage Shanks, Do Da Da, Stuck With Me, Coming Clean, Boulevard Of Broken Dreams and Brain Stew Jaded in terms of personal relatability, call me edgy or emo or whatever, but as a 15 year old I find that particularly Dookie through to American Idiot, maybe one or two songs from 21CB and not so many from Warning, are probably the most relatable things in my life, I seem to connect to all of the aforementioned songs as they're issues I deal with on a daily basis due to the multitude of mental disorders I've developed over the years, although in general my favourite song of all time is Geek Stink Breath, absolutely adore that sound and how ugly the lyrics are, Insomniac as a whole is the best album of all time in my opinion.

Not sure of the exact date, but in 1995 he did become a father for the first time. Perhaps it was a call from his wife? Just a big guess though.

It makes me so happy that young people like you are still finding Green Day’s music relatable and helpful in supporting your mental health. They’ve always given me so much strength throughout my life but I grew up with them. 💚

it was written in 1994 but was not put on insomniac because of how dark that album was (it would not fit well in it) so billie did not record it until nimrod. but it was on a single (i think brain stew/jaded but im not sure.
@andrewlair71726 жыл бұрын
hashinka is also a song on none of that they've already written in the rookie era both time of your life and hashinka were but released in 97 or 98 on nimrod

He couldn't have. Good Riddance came out in 1997. This is 1995. O.o
@speccylimone36842 жыл бұрын
Good Riddance was originally written right before Dookie was released, Haushinka was as early as 1991. They released it later because Billie thought would ruin the tone of Dookie.
