Smart phone from those shop yes..some youll Need to check and be throughout with. Like check the typical battery life..the app store and can download apps and i cloud..if the sim card registration works and also if can call or text.. many stuff but yeah you should do your research so you dont get scammed or ripped off.. I’m coming from London UK in April 2024, my hotel is in PASAY, I’m traveling light no big suitcase to lug around I’ll only bring a carry on bag, I’m looking at buying a few cheap t shirts and shorts near Pasay just for the holiday then I’ll probably bin them before I fly back to London
