Best concert I ever went to in my life (and it’s over 4 decades long at this point) was GreenDay’s final concert of their year long American Idiot tour. It was in Melbourne, and the energy was beyond electric. I’m not in a position to go to live concerts anymore, so can safely say I’ll never experience anything like it again. I think I even still have a diary with some of the ticker tape they exploded from the cannons taped in it. Good times.

What a rich moment in history for that young man. Probably a defining moment for him. Loved the vid.
