As someone who's been called "Idiot", "pagal", "mentally challenged" just because I refuse to adhere to the norms of this hollow society where everything is either materialistic or related to ego, watching this drama is like watching a vague reflection of myself. It takes a lots of guts to live a life like this and after years here I am today living on my own in this apartment after being kicked out of my home. This drama is giving me courage and affirmation that I have walked the right path, a path of my own. Thank you to the Green TV team.

This has to be THE BEST drama of this decade ❤️ what a story, direction, art and styling and execution. The characters are so relatable how we feel embarrassed while seeing the prize tag, how the schools are charging extra yet not giving proper education, how people get married without knowing and understanding their own feelings, how unacceptable it is to give raw and honest opinions in this world. Idiot depicts our stories, we all are idiots in each other’s books❤ Kudos to the whole team👏

That scene in school may be relatable to many and we never thought of this point. AAA's expressions are so on point. Among the whole cast he seems the most calm and full of life. Usually such characters are shown as boring one and they deliver dialogues like they are giving lectures but AAA's casual treatment of the character is making it stand out.

First of all, it's a brilliant script😊👍 Such pertinent questions being asked by Ahmed's Character. The qs he asked the school teacher did make me laugh 😀 It's difficult for people to digest such honesty that Ahmed's charcater has. And then the main one, 'Who am I?' Is rightly the most important q that we all search an answer for😊 Again, he rightly said, majority only exist, very few live their life👌 Very well written episode & Ahmed acts so naturally. People on real life think that the person who thinks different than society are idiot. When i first saw the title i thought it is going to be a story about a psycho person but when i watched the 1st episode it prove me wrong. This drama is really outstanding. If guddu had been given a good counselling he could have become a great counsellor. This type of thing happen in real life .😢😢😢

Disclaimer this is NOT regular saas bahu or toxic love story God, I don't remember the last time I have watched anything like that since my childhood. this drama is challenging the stereotype thinking of our education system and parents. i remember my teachers rediculing me for my mistakes rather than working on it WITH ME , to resolve the problem. i remember my brother taking my side and teaching me incredible tricks to pass my exams, even though he couldn't continue his higher studies , just to support us financially. our parents, education system and our society MUST understand that EVERY CHILD has a unique talent, and need to work on differently to learn. it doesn't mean they are idiot. it means THEY ARE DIFFERENTLY ABLED. we need to learn new, better techniques to educate our children. EXCELLENT episode - Now we're talking!! Good direction, cast selection, acting, script, yada yada, yada - Main reason I like this show is because Pakistan is FINALLY starting to address subjects that go against the grain, and are doing it with style!! I can relate to this fellow's mentality, sensitivity, individuality & unique personality SO much!! Only difference is that he's a man in Pakistan. Aisay log ko Pakistan may "Idiot" kehelathay hai. If this was a female, she would be considered "badh-challan or badh-kirdhaar" or worse still "budh-kismath"!? When I watched Dil Na Umeed Toi Nahi episodes on KZfaq, no one wrote anything about Islam in their comments just for the sake of likes. Due to the impressive and unique story, everyone's attention was on the story line of the drama. If you had watched that drama on KZfaq, you would know that I am not lying.

So, not a good comparison. 3. "This is the best drama of the decade." That's a huge statement. Makes you wonder if the past decade couldn't produce any quality dramas. 4. "This drama will make people rethink their lives." Apologies. But the rampant inflation couldn't make this awaam rethink about their lives, let alone a drama would do that.
