Zephyr and I decided to go to one of our favourite lakes, Greenhill lake near Ararat on a recent Saturday afternoon after work and stay the night at the excellent campground there. We fished two afternoon sessions on this lake which is what this vid is made up of. We planned on fishing for redfin but they were a bit slow, we mostly caught rainbow trout which were great fun !
We had some great sessions ending up with 14 rainbow trout and 3 redfin, we just kept the highlights for this vid, hope you all enjoy ! We were also lucky enough to have top bloke Andy Marshall join us in the boat for a couple hours as well.
On the Sunday morning we fished another spot nearby for big redfin which may be in a future video so stay tuned.
