Beautiful vegetables. Some workers like cleaners have hard jobs. Thanks for all you do to feed us. Thinking of building a greenhouse but nothing on this glorious scale!

It's great to see they're able to re-use the hydroponic waste, as that is the biggest problem with most hydroponic setups the waste water/solution isn't good for the environment.

Genetic modification is a strictly narrow usage. Here they mean changing/ controlling the chemical constituents that enter a plant during growth. Which is needed considering all the inorganic chemicals we tend to consume when eating plants made otherwise
