My husband and I just visited Greenville last week and I absolutely loved it! The swamp rabbit trail was incredible, my favorite part of the trip. I have celiac disease and I was so surprised by how many restaurants were good with gluten free. Green Fetish and Nose Dive were our favorites! We had a blast catching an improv show at Alchemy and our tour of Lake Jocassee was amazing. I can’t wait to come back

I think with all the craziness we're seeing with most big cities (NY, SF, Chicago, Seattle etc.) -- the homelessness, crime, etc-- Greenville and other small cities should be the model going forward i.e. having small manageable cities easy to manage, walkable etc. This is definitely the kind of place I would love to stay-- offering you big city kind of lifestyle with a small town kind of feel.

I'm a teacher moving to the area at the end of the school year from FL. I can't afford to buy right now; but, if I could-I would definitely use you as my realtor! In your videos you are always smiling and happy. I find myself smiling for long time afterwards 🙂

I recommend the areas in the top 25% nationally of my rankings to people who are looking at the Carolina’s as a possible relocation destination. The Greenville/Spartanburg metro areas is one of those areas and I will be using this video has one of the overview videos I present to clients. I know GSP is your market, but I’d love to see a video made just like this for Charlotte, Wilmington, Charleston, and other top metros in the Carolina’s. The guy at 09:38 said it best, and that's exactly what made us want to move there in a few months. We've been visiting from Florida every year. Greenville just feels so welcoming, downtown is beautiful and Haywood mall is great. Can't wait to buy a house and settle down.
