Good info, thanks! Could you speak a little bit on the property taxes in the general area please? For example, are taxes in the city of Greenville higher than in Travelers Rest or other outlying areas?

So here there are definitely higher taxes if you are also within city limits of any “city” here vs just Greenville county taxes. They still aren’t as expensive as taxes up north, etc.
