I wanted to retire young enough to be able to do some of the things I always dreamed about! I have been doing one meal a day just dinner and eating keto . It’s a great healthy choice. I have better clarity and dropped a lot of weight for 2 years now. No more meds for me too. I’m busy doing things all day long too. You’d be surprised just a simple diet change can make a huge difference in your health, The rouge river story is great ☝️ one

@@GreenyTravels hypertension does run in family. Cardiac disease too. I used to take Blood pressure meds as well as cholesterol meds. No more lol🙏. A1 c used to be elevated too. It’s normal now. Just a simple change in dietary habits for me.

Hearing you tell the story of your duties with the Detroit PD brought back childhood memories! We lived in Detroit in the early to mid 60s. Our house was on Parkside; I believe it was between 6 and 7 Mile. We went to GESU grade school and my older brothers went to U of D High! We moved out just before the riots 🙏

Mad cow burger. Interesting name for a beef restaurant. Life has those points in time that we often realize later were life threatening, but at the time we just do our best. Appreciate the honest content. However this shows why retirement to Jomtien or Pattaya is not what it is cracked up to be. Wandering around a dozen streets or so looking for new shopfronts is a pretty vacuous lifestyle. Then its onto trying a few different restaurants and desperately trying to find friends to connect with. There must be 100 to 200 utube channels showing this , probably thousands of guys actually doing it. Compensation is an hour or two at full price with someone 25 years younger than you. Not enough in my book. 2WM for life!

I’m currently on vacation in Japan. I’m in Tokyo and tomorrow I’m taking the Shinkansen to Kanazawa. On the subject of language I’m getting by just fine with maybe 10 phrases at most. As you know from your own travels in Japan their English can be patchy or even non existent. Next subject- In Hollywood they say it comes down to diet and I’m inclined to agree with them. I eat breakfast at the hotel and then one square meal usually a late lunch. Today it was sushi prepared fresh at the counter. Yesterday it was Ramen. Because I’m on vacation I also have a couple of beers. Back home I rarely drink. In Tokyo you do a lot of walking simply taking the subway so there’s your exercise.

looks great there buddy, but if you want to turn your health system up a notch, you could segway to one meal a day, that way for about 22 hours your body could process out those nasty Thai sugars and oils, try it it out a few times a week, here in Vancouver I live on beef then a few days a week ad in those vegetables, you will have a flat stomach in no time

I just got home Greeny from Thailand, but when I got to my hotel Montien Surawong when I arrived, same thing. I was like, WTF Burger King. Of all changes after 5 years away. I really want to caution you that shooting a video where your face is the main view, is not going to do your channel well. I would like to see the city and beach while you narrate. I know what you look like and dont need to constantly see your face.

Je viens ici à jomtien depuis plusieurs années.je suis ici depuis 6 mois.je vais partir d’ici car ce n’est plus le belle endroit d’avant.plus de restaurant avec de la nourriture occidentale.de belle petite Shop thaï ont disparu,et tout ce changement se fait au détriment des habitants de jomtien.la plage à changer du côté est et les pêcheurs ont du être ré localiser. J’aurais beaucoup à dire mais je vais me contenter de ces quelques commentaires. T’en qu’à aller à un endroit qui devient très touristique,il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Comme au vietname La Thaïlande pert de sont charme
