En Venezuela diriamos:EPALE , Ejeee, ( acentuando la primera En ambas palabras) Por supuesto, se puede decir Buenas tardes pero sonaría más formal ..Tambien se puede decir: Hola ( levantando un poco la mano derecha junto con un vistazo hacia el rostro de la persona y una sonrisa)

"Qué onda" and "Aquí nomás" are not is only use in Mexico and maybe in 2 or 3 countries in Central America next to Mexico.
