I hear so much about Boots and I’ve watched footage but I need to see him against better opps. Not necessarily elite tier ppl; (belt or no belt), but much better opponents than he’s faced so far. I’m trynna BELIEVE what all these Philly guys are saying about the man. For me, I need to see more still. That’s all I’m saying.

So his fights are supposed to be competitive, otherwise he’ll have people saying stupid shit like “He haven’t fought anyone” or “He’s fighting bums or cab drivers” and bringing up his resume and so forth.

That's not to say Cody a cab driver it's just to say idt there's a welterweight that's actively campaigning at 47 that is on boots level or close enough to make a fight with him competitive. Which validates why I'm saying if cody make the fight competitive his stock rises

Funny how y'all acknowledge Crowley saying he had "options" but chose to fight the toughest opponent by going the IBF route, but y'all try to brush off the fact that Boots avoided Crawford when he chose to go away from the WBO to push for a fight with someone HE KNOWS wasn't going to fight him in Errol Spence Jr. He chose not to push for a fight with someone who's never turned down a single mandatory, to fight someone who hadn't fought a mandatory in 4 years. Make it make sense. We'll ignore the fact that the fight was STILL OFFERED TO HIM despite that and he turned it down.....TWICE.
