Ninjitsu is about stealth and deception. That's why not a lot is known about it. Anyone can be a ninja. And it can be useful even today. I think that like any company, each person had their own specialized skills. It's about practical applications. I've been around awhile, and I know skill when I see it. Just stumbled on to choson ninja . Like Greg, reminds me of sho kusugi. But I'm an old Mc, what do I know. Take care. ☘

Did Greg pass? That'd be whack. He's a Jesus freak but he's a good martial artist and still a good guy. I'm out of the loop. What happened?
@chosenasagao Жыл бұрын
I asked him about his achievements in martial arts tournaments. He rejected it, saying that "there is no point in documents that show such a track record." Greg and similar ninjutsu scammer Christa Jakobsson called herself a Bujinkan martial arts instructor. However, he refused to train to become a Bujinkan instructor. So he was criticized by many Bujinkan students. Greg's students testified that he escaped from a Korean Hapkido school within hours. (The student was studying at Hapkidaw School where Greg escaped.) Japan has no history of martial arts called ninjutsu. Ninjutsu in Japanese historical documents is a thief skill. "Ninjutsu = martial arts" It was Japan's Bujinkan Hatsumi who claimed this lie to the world. As a result, Bujinkan has been rejected by the Japanese Traditional Martial Arts Association. And Bujinkan has become a business model for ninjutsu scams around the world. Ninjutsu schools, which teach martial arts as ninjutsu, are a scam business for amateur martial artists who have failed to achieve success in other martial arts to gain fame and profit. This is because there is no martial art called ninjutsu in Japan.
@chosenasagao Жыл бұрын
And all the martial arts that Greg teaches people are competitions that Koreans after WW2 created by degrading and modifying Japanese martial arts. Taekwondo was founded in 1951 by a Korean second lieutenant of the former Japanese Army based on Shotokan karate. A martial art that Hapkido-Greg claimed as "the basis of my ninjutsu." Founded around 1958. Hapkido is the Korean reading of Aikido, but the founder seems to have learned Aikido for only three months. HaedongKumudo - started around 1985 by a Korean actor. This base is not a martial art, but a sword fight in a Japanese samurai movie. And it seems that what Greg teaches people includes the action learned at the Hollywood Academy of Actors. Because in order to get an acting job in Hollywood, Greg started a lie ninjutsu school on KZfaq.
@JamusChristus Жыл бұрын
@@chosenasagao you must be talking about tang Soo do because TKD was designed by General Choi. As for acting jobs, I haven't seen Greg in any of that so your postulate is kinda stupid. He grew up in California. What I was asking was about Greg, the person. Now if you know he's dead or alive, say that. Nobody's interested in your armchair evaluation of martial arts history because it is inaccurate.
