My dad was carrying a head bored up the stairs about three years ago and thought he pulled a muscle. He went out sat in the garage for about 30mins. Then decided to go upstairs and sit in the recliner and as soon as he sat down he made a weird gas for air and his heart stopped! My grandma called for help I went over to him picked my 6’2 255 dad out of the chair layer him down and started cpr! It took 5 mins for the ambulance to get to the house. He flat lined twice. He was shocked 16 times from the house to the hospital which is a 3min drive. He too had the widow maker and survived! Doc told us he had a three percent survival rate!

this is rough because my grandpa passed away from a heart attack this morning :/

Just an FYI, a lot of people who drive themselves to the emergency room when they are having a heart attack end up dying in the waiting room. When you have an ambulance take you, you jump to the front of the line. When you walk into an ER while having a heart attack, they will tell you to fill out some paper work, show them your insurance and then have a seat in the waiting room. One time I was in the waiting room of an ER in Oklahoma City and a man was dropped off at the front door. He walked in and his entire face was burned, his nose was completely melted away. The lady at the front desk wouldn’t let the nurses take him away until he provided his name and proof of insurance. Sometimes it is best to just call an ambulance, trust me.

GP’s advice of peeing your pants is actually a pretty common thing when you’re getting kidnapped because if you put up a fight and are super weird like that, they get more frustrated because they know you’ll be like that the whole time. If they tell you “do this and we’ll let you live” NEVER do that because they definitely won’t. Keep putting up a fight and doing whatever to annoy them

I was the same , thought I had food poisoning for 3 days then got to the point of being sick constantly and having pains in my shoulder I drove too the hospital to be told I had been having heart attacks for 3 days . I was 36 years old at the time and thought I was healthy and not over weight etc all I can say is everyone please take care of your health and stay safe

same thing with my grandad. he woke up and two hours later he went to the hospital knowing it was going to happen. and he went to the service desk and they told him to wait in a chair. 10 minutes later he has a heart attack

Damn. Please read. One day I was walking out into the kitchen at like 1 am and my dad was on the floor having a heart attack. It’s crazy your a 15 year old kid watching your dad die in yiur arms. I quickly give him some ibuprofen. Put his shoes on grab his glasses, wallet, key etc. my brother was at his friends and my mom was out drinking. The last resort was for me to drive but my aunt was in town. So I call my aunt and she comes over to take us to the hospital. and as we got there he had 2 more heart attacks while in the ER. And I called all of my family and got my gma over ( his mom) and I spend over 32 hours of no sleep by his side. I think I got like 45 mins of sleep and I woke up to him crying. That’s the most hardest thing a young man can see. But I was there to comfort him. He had surgery that afternoon. I think it was his left widow maker was clogged up to 90% at 100% it’s death it’s a low chance of survival at 100% and his was clogged at 90% with his other widow maker at like 30-40% they put a stent into his heart. And he’s recovering well. Thank you it took the time out of your day to read this. Hopefully Logan will see this but I doubt he will. I don’t think he reads comments from 2 month old posts but if anyone ends up reading this. Thank you.

Exact same thing happened with my dad he had heart attack in the morning like 5 am we called the ambulance and ambulance was bit late my dad said fk it I’m going in my car my dad drove the car to the hospital by himself and doctor said no body can do that it’s impossible and my dad was saved I’m really thankful to god.

this find of reminds me of when my mom was giving birth to me and nobody was home and she drove herself to the hospital. the hospital was about a 45 minute drive and although it wasnt a life or death situation it could have been in a way. there wasnt enought time for her to wait for ambulance so she had to drive. and 15 years later here i am😁
