I wish that was me in the video. I wish I was holy. I wish that I could spend all the hours of my day in prayer and whatever it is that nuns do. Why can’t it be me.. to devote my life to God like these two women. I wish I could hold a Bible in my hands like that and be in a church. I don’t like my sinful life. I can’t even get out of bed in the morning and kneel to offer God, thanks. I don’t want to be one with this world. I am so over it. I don’t want the social media. The smart phones. The designer clothes and fancy car. I don’t the music and concerts. I don’t want to hear and spread gossip. I don’t want the temper and disappointments. I want to have a calm heart and mind. I only want Jesus. I want Jesus to be front and center of my life. I want the Holy Spirit to guide me. I want to glorify my Father in heaven. But how to make my heart and mind pure? I want Jesus, especially in these days we are living in. This picture in the video is so peaceful. I wanna cry because I want to devote my life to God, but I’ve committed so many sins... sins of the flesh. I am such a loser. I can’t even fast for more than a hour. I’m going to try again tomorrow. I want to starve my flesh as I read the Bible.... which I haven’t picked up in at least a year.... but I do watch videos every night of scripture. If you made it this far... thanks for listening 🙏🏻
