The Russian phenom, whose last album ("Impressionism") received an extended personal endorsement from Armin van Buuren via his "A State of Trance" radio show, has spent the last two years incubating a project that is both conceptually and compositionally virtuosic. Deriving creativity from literary, spiritual, and nature-inspired sources, as well as a wide variety of electronic subgenres, Gregory had crafted ten enthralling new soundscapes. In quite a few tracks, I express my hopes and dreams, even when they feel out of reach. This track is no exception, my friends. I want to be sincere with you: at the time of writing this track, some unpleasant things happened in my life. The 'change' is what my heart really wanted. Perhaps it sounds a bit strange, but what you say doesn't sounds strange to the people that like your music. Listening to your music sometimes give me a smile or tear cause I can feel the emotion in your tracks

Mesmerizing. Although I've been working to hone my understanding of subgenres as of late, I'm not quite sure what separates progressive house from progressive trance just yet, but seeing as this album is filled to the brim in the latter I'll go give the whole thing a listen and see if it helps me comprehend it a little better. All that aside this is a superb track.

They both have a lot of similar elements but the most simple way of explaining the difference would probably have to do with the arrangement, repetition, and how busy the track is. Something with a bigger breakdown, build up/drop will probably carry the prog trance tag (especially if it carries more melodic elements) while a track that's more repetitive and deeper (typical house music elements) might take the progressive house label easier. There are so many tracks that are up for debate though and equally venture into both camps :)
