Abba Father, In agreement with this whole message I bind the word of genesis 2:25 and genesis 3:7 for myself and my opponents at all times, binding not to feel ashamed in the presence of God, loosening feeling ashamed without God upon no return in my life, in the name and by the blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been dealing with emotions over taken my life for so long. I always asked God take it away you know I’d rather not sin I’d rather not feel this way but what I failed to understand is that Jesus has already taken it away and God is already pleased that I seek him in my distress and there is no longer a need for my emotions to have a hold on me as long as I believe it is already done. Thank you pastor. God is good and so I am free!

Ask a doctor for non addictive anxiety medication. Get regular exercise and eat plenty of protein and greens. Pray of course too.

I've been dealing with the same for 2 years. Here is somethings that helped me 1. Exercise 2. Diet - eating organic, no junk food, caffeine, sugars, increase fruits and veggies 3. vitamins and Gaba supplements 4. Professional help 5. Prayer 6. changing my perceptions on outlook in life
