Great insight, I found this very interesting. I like to know more about selling off shares of a business (ie my own) and understanding how the new share holder(s) obatin a return and if they have a say operationall via board even if you majority share holder ? Thank for the great content Dodge and Al.

Good luck to him it’s just insane that people are silly enough to buy sort of products when a pint of milk is 18 grams of protein and the bar is 21 and the milk is much healthier and need I point out much cheaper , the same type of people that buys them protein bars are the same ones that buy pre workout drinks 😂 because you get a better pump how ridiculous

Majority of people buy a product and then not follow the guidelines on how to take it, as scrimping on the portions makes it last longer and saves money!

Back in the day a pre workout meant Ephedrine. Then you were definitely going to train, or go to a rave, or have a heart attack - the choice was dose dependant..

Tried a few . Too expensive for my taste. I take a few supplements and try and eat healthy. I would happily get my protein through a bar but not at those prices.PS if you ( or your family member) think they taste like something nasty then they should try Pea Protein

I have tried pretty much every bar over the last 20 years. These are hands down the best taste. Oreo and Salted Caramel are my favourites.

These bars may not have sugar, but they have a ton of other bad ingredients. Selling protein bars packed with Soy is also a joke, but that just shows how ill informed most of the market is.

Its still a processed food . Its not too bad now and again . Your not supposed to make it a main part of your diet .

I think the inventor summed it up pretty nicely. They are a chocolate bar with high protein and low sugar. If you want a cheeky snack they are better than a normal choc bar. Obviously better still would be chicken and veg but they are not supposed to be an meal replacement. Sometimes its good to have a treat and relax a bit.

@@ASOA_STRENGTH complete opposite. Just tired of people trying to position something as "healthy" or "high protein" when they add a bunch of things to kill the benefits of whatever they're promoting. Most consumers come off like you though. Then they'll go and grab another big mac and large fry and wonder why they don't feel good everyday.

Not to put downer on the great episode but them bars do not taste like a chocolate bar there still disgusting like all of the protein bars are close second in horrid taste to trek bars!!!
