When I was six years old in 1971 me and my whole family were being gang-stalked and framed and poisoned by the Multnomah county sheriffs and by their sting op's the Dunham family right after they framed a neighbor as a pedophile by using the Dunham family's children to pose with a sheriff that acted as a photo double of the neighbor they framed and they framed him as a pedophile! Me and my brother and my father were being poisoned by the sting in 1973 and 1974 and my father became debilitated and disabled and my brother became so badly poisoned he bled internally yet it was all covered up by the local hospitals and by our schools and the sheriffs had my brother who was a child locked up and committed without any trial or testimony what-so-ever! In 1983 I turned 18 years old and got my first job at Oaks Amusement Park as a ride operator! My first week on the job I discovered that the park was under the control of a police/sheriff sting operation the stin g op's had all the key positions within that park and I discovered they were sabotaging the rides at the park! Rides were already down because they were sabotaged and it was open knowledge among employees that sabotage was taking place within the park and it was open knowledge management and the maintenance team and even Funtastic shows were covering it up! The sting that was sabotaging the park rides wanted an excuse to justify closing down the park before the city of Portland officially takes control of the park in 1985 so the sting op's that were embeded within the park were in a rush to sabotage rides and to cause huge disasters and any attempt on their part to hide these crimes are half-assed at best because they know authority's will just ignore any and all complaints on sabotage! I repeatedly identified sabotage of the rides and shut the sabotaged rides down thus saving lives but I never get credit for saving people because the sting op's that were running Oaks Park would just cover it up and act like nothing's wrong and downplay any complaints and authority's simply never took any interest at all in investigating any of it! Every time I thwart their plans at sabotage by identifying the sabotage and shutting down the ride the sting op's embedded within the park would bring in the Dunham family for the soul purpose of trying to find out how knowledgeable I am about their crimes so I knew right away it was county sheriff sting op's that were sabotaging the park because I already knew the Dunham family were sting op's for the sheriffs! In the year 2000 my wife Joan Wagar got a job at the Multnomah county jail kitchen as a prep cook and she imediately began showing signs that she was cheating on me and that her affair coincided with her getting the job at the county jail! After she worked at county jail for one and a half months she was told by her sting op lovers to quit her job to hide her connections with them and they on that same day launched a sting operation targeting me and my parents and my children! My wife and her side of the family celebrated the launch of this sting operation the same day my wife quit her job and they all as a group spent forty five minutes non-stop hinting at everything! Three days later the sheriffs took over the surrounding apartments that surround my apartment and they did the same to my father's apartment and they brought in a double a look-a-like of me to target my mother who lived in a different state and they once again brought in the Dunham family to target my children! The Dunham family have a generational history of framing people by using small children to pose with doubles for photogenic photo's and they have a history of poisoning off witnesses against them! For all intents and purposes this was the same methods and tactics that they used in the early 1970's only this time they have my wife and her whole side of her family recruited into it! They began using a double on my property and I kicked this double off my property so the sting op's used that double to batter my mother and she lost her motor home over that she had to abandon her motor home to get away from this grinning smirking double! Three weeks later my wife poisoned my mother and at the same time on the other side of town the sting op's that had the surrounding apartments that surrunded my father's apartment poisoned my father! Police/sheriffs covered up my mothers 911 call and refused to take or act on my mother's complaint and it was three weeks after this I find out sting op's poisoned my father! My father desperately warned me he was poisoned b y people he believed were in law enforcement and it was three days after this my father died! A grinning smirking county sheriff detective showed up at my door to tell me my father died and this sheriff strongly hinted he is responsible for my father's death b y admitting he entered my father's apartment to remove his meds before he came over to tell me of his death,,, my father was not on any meds! For the next five days in a row I got phone threats and demands from the sting op's that murdered my father and I did not knuckle under to their demands so the sting op's and my wife after this arraigned for me to find out they got the Dunham family gang-stalking my children at their schools! This was there way to blackmail me by implying my children will be next on their list if I do not knuckle under to their demands! In 2005 I was battered by Portland police and Multnomah county sheriffs and left in the East Port Walmart parking lot, they broke my rib and messed up my knee and no one called 911 for an ambulance for me since it was authority's that battered me! My wife was inside East Port Walmart with one of her cop lovers at the time I was battered outside in the parking lot! My wife was openly cheating on me at the time with officer Eric Carlson and John Ray and everyone that worked at that Walmart store knew she was cheating on me with a cop that was a look-a-like of me and knew they were framing me and knew I was battered by police/sheriffs and they all were aiding and abetting my wife and her sting op lovers and were trying to hide their use of a double and affair from me! Walmart employees nick named officer Eric Carlson and Joan Wagar Doubleclick and Mrs Dash and they both used those nick names in love letters! After I found out their using a double to frame me, again, I tried to warn people about it and that's when my wife poisoned me with antifreeze! Police used their power of influence at local hospital to cover it up and no one would or wanted to help me because authority's had it out for me! While I was in a poisoned and bedridden and debilitated condition with no one I could call for help my wife and her family and their lovers in law enforcement continued to frame me by staging/committing crimes using doubles for photogenic photo's! Kurt Dunham was meeting with my wife and her cop/lovers at East Port Walmart and they did not hide this from Walmart employees! In 2007 I am still bedridden and debilitated from being poisoned and I caught my wife and her sting op lovers in the act of framing me for a murder and they were using officer Eric Carlson as a double for this and they took photogenic photo's of them committing the crime with intent of framing me to get the blame! There were several of them that committed the crime and they all as a group broke into my home to plant evidence to frame me for their crimes and they even used officer Eric Carlson as a double and had him poison my coffee pot and they took photogenic photo's of that so they could frame me for their poisoning crimes and then they all as a group went straight to Happy Valley Walmart where they all as a group bragged to Walmart employees their framing me as a pedophile and they bragged they used officer Eric Carlson as a photo double and they were recruiting Walmart employees to lie for them and they as a group took over the Walmart office printers and spent three hours printing flyers giving me the blame for a missing runaway and they did this in front of Walmart employees! After they finished printing the flyers officer Eric Carlson and my wife Joan Wagar planned out their pre-wedding party and then they celebrated framing me by having celebration sex in the back of that store and during their celebration sex they discussed the female child they murdered in between their orgasms, at least one to two Walmart employees walked in on them and are witness to their celebrations! I know all this because their break in into my apartment woke me up and I put a audio recorder in my wife's purse to prove their affair and murder conspiracy!

Multnomah county sheriffs call their county jail kitchen prep cooks Mrs Dash in love letters and those female prep cooks brag in their diary their poisoners and name off the poisons they use and hint to their affairs with badge carriers! Multnomah county sheriff s and their buddies/relatives/girlfriends use their small preschool children to pose with officer's that act as photo doubles of their targets they stalk and frame and these officer's that act as photo doubles to frame people as pedophiles are called by their county jail kitchen prep cooks in love letters by the nickname Doubleclick because of officer's fondness to use children to pose with doubles for photogenic photo's!
