I worked with Gretchen's cousin Jerri Lynn and I recall when we were all younger going to Pocahontas Illinois and I listened to one of her tapes When she just started to sing and I told her you're gonna go somewhere your voice is beautiful and she did wow!!!! I love it !!!!

Things I love about her is that she's natural (No breast implants, no cosmetic stuff, and she LOVES hoop earrings). I love hoop earrings too. I wore them more often when she came into the scene. YES! Love this woman! Real!

It'll never happen. Coming from a person who's been there. If a lady refuses to allow the big production companies to shape and mold them into their idea of what they should be, they refuse to deal with them. That's why they want the young girls now. Because they haven't learned to say no yet. It's very sad, but True.

My parents only played country music but if it had rocked like Gretchen, I would have had everything she sang. When I need a good pick me up, This is what I play. MY parents have been gone for years, but they are probably laughing and thinking that I finally wised up about life and music. Well, it's taken 70 years, but I get it now. Thanks Gretchen!
