It`s great to listen to a very good Drummer playing a classic solo in such an Audio Quality!

warm soft attack, beautiful mid-range and a nice dry character and decay. I own a few Gretsch kits...When I listen to any recording, I can immediately identify "That Great Gretsch Sound" Simply amazing drums.

Steve, you should make a video of a USA custom side by side with a 60's round badge with identical tuning. That would be awesome.

Gretsch Walnut gloss is probably my favourite finish of all time..... But man does the satin ever look incredible!

Comparing these to the new Broadkasters. These seem to have that 60's sound: brighter, punchier and drier than the new Broadkasters. I prefer this sound more.

Top of the range....what about a Catalina demonstration. More affordable to most drummers and they sound good.

No one makes a better 12" tom than Gretsch. That thin feminine sounding shell coupled with that masculine diecast hoop, that's The Great Gretsch Sound!

If someone could help me with the tension on drums. I have similar set up. And this particular tuning I really like. Is it like a C on 12. And A on floor ? I know most you guys prob don’t do the note thing. I get that. Just want to basically match these. Any help appreciate

Yeah killer drumming and flat out the best sounding drums ever made! I brought a couple of my USA's in to guitar center in Michigan today to show my friend who works there and drummers walking in immediately were flipping over the tone and power and my drums are very small! I might have to get this snare, I can't find this snare on Gretsch's website, is it a ten lugger?

Would like to hear this size tuned lower.. big bass drum sound for a small drum.

Hello Freinds, one question....i got the same drumset 3 weeks ago, i always play remo abassador on my jazzdrumset.. now on the gretsch are the " gretsch permatone" i know they are made by remo, the seller told me they are like ambassador, my feeling is, that they are different....do you guys have any knowledge about it? thx at all!
