Well it was just an improv in open E. I’m hearing a lot of E’s and A’s I’d have to sit down and figure out what I was doing trying out my new guitar

Nice playing, man. Did you mod the head stock? Or does it look faded due to lighting and the angle? Thanks

Just the lighting. I did upgrade the tuners and the guitar. This was the day I got the guitar. Thx for your kind comments.

Hola muchas gracias por el video. Precioso sonido y bonita musica. Ya tengo en casa mi nueva Dandy. Usas cuerdas originales de 12 ? O has cambiado a unas mas suaves. Tambien creo que hay que bajarle un poco el puente . Tu has hecho eso ? Gracias

Wow, what mic are you using? That sound comes through really well. I’m waiting on my Frontier to arrive. I was waffling between it and the Gin model but I prefer the aesthetics of the new Frontier. I reckon I can always ‘gin up’ the Frontier if I want. I’m anxious to see what your going to do to yours. I would like to see a mod (Hot Ricky) that doesn’t cost two or three times what the guitar itself costs. 😂
@bobbrown6058 Жыл бұрын
That’s just my iPhone mic. Yeah this frontier is the only one made with sapele like a mahogany so it’s got a great tone. You’ll never find a mod below that cost. Lol. I should have mine back soon. I’ve invested more then the cost of the guitar but that’s me. Lol

Hey! This guitar is playabe on standard tuning or half-step down?
@bobbrown6058 Жыл бұрын
I pretty much play it in open tunings only. Open E, D, C and G. Lol So yes standard tuning but I kinda feel these parlors sound thin in standard tuning personally.
@jeffreysnyder3830 Жыл бұрын
Looks like a fun guitar. I see that the neck has a binding. Is the top body binding actually plastic or silk screened on? Thanks, Jeff
@bobbrown6058 Жыл бұрын
Sapele body with a aged white plastic I believe binding not silk screened or painted for the price it’s pretty amazing tones etc. I’m doing a mod with it so I will post when it’s done

Your nice playing just made me order this one. :) BTW, is there any sound difference between this one and the sunburst one? I read that this one is made of Sapele and not Basswood. But this is not really clear to me...info on the web is not really consistent.

Different wood this one is sapele like a mahogany the other is basswood I have a basswood I favor the sapele

It’s a parlor small body guitar like a Gibson L-00 if that helps you. They just released a concert size model and a dread model you may want to check those out I’ve played the concert sounds great
