This is a sound board recording. That means only the parts that need amplifying are on it. It is typical to just mainly have drums and vocals pumped if doing live sound because everything else is loud on stage.

Amazing voice. Layne an Chester were similar. But Chester had more range. Both awesome but Chester was outstanding even at 18. Here 20-21yrs old. Prob getting his singing identity

He joined Xero in 1999 and then they became Hybrid Theory

Black Candy Xero made an album in 1996 with Mark Wakefield

He didn't join the band in 1999. In 1998 they recorded unrealesed demos: Blue, Slip, So Far Away, etc. And Xero made album with Mark in 1997. If you mean Super Xero as song, it could probably exist with Mark Wakefield on vocals, but looks like it's lost and nowhere you can find it actually. We had to ask Mike about this. EDIT: I forgot to say many people say about Super ZERO, someone think there was a demo of "By Myself" called "Super Zero", someone think it doesn't exist, but you can find some "Hybrid Theory Demos" albums on KZfaq with By Myself Demo called like that: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/pN57f5umst69lnU.html

the last grey daze show was in 1998, at that point chester began to experience creative difficulties with other members of the band so he then went to LA to try out for xero, recorded some demos, and was cemented as their forever frontman with those demos. he moved to cali to get shit goin but moved back to phoenix eventually and was supposed to do a cancer benefit reunion show with grey daze in 2002 but it was canceled. then the drummer sean and chester went on to found club tattoo together… i’m sure you know the rest:)
