Another important change is for the "ignore modifier" ability of the Grand Master. It states that modifiers to weapon AP and damage can be ignored, which is different to the previous World Championship FAQ. Seems like GM+10 Palas is back on the menu.

Ah, didn't event consider the lore aspect - the models just look so small compared to the primaris and upscaled terminators. Would conversions to current primaris/terminator scale be allowed in tournaments?

What do you mean by Draigo can teleport assault and come down onto the battlefield turn 1?

If your oponnent goes first you can at the end of their turn pick up up to 3 units from your army into teleport assault those need to get back onto the battlefield at the end of your next movement phase (which is also Battle Round 1 since you went 2nd), those have the restriction that they need to be 9" away from enemy models. For most units this means after they come down they have a )" charge at best, but Draigo has an ability to add 3" to the charge roll after he was set up as reinforcmentsusing the deep strike ability. Now he also gets the +3" after arriving from teleport assault so you can get a Pseudo Turn 1 Deepstrike with a 6" Charge IF your oponnent went first.

Wile it was a positive change they were really onley clarification on rules we already have gw should have been good and smart enough to have them be this way on release. I'm also hoping the new detachments with our codex will allow for more then one way to play.

Wait, terminator apotecary can't revive terminators while they are in teleport assault, can he? His nathrecium ability triggers in comand step, while they're in reserves, so his ability simply doesn't work, right?

Cool, I was getting tired of running 30 terminators/paladins every game. Now I’ll at least be running 1 GMND and 1 NDK and terminators. Grand master is back too. I wish they upgraded the normal psy cannon to ignore cover or just AP 2.

I have dread knight hype but i ticked they didnt fix the vehicle points storm talon storm raven etc still have the original points there all 15 to 20 points cheaper now for everyone else same ruels same stats

I know I'm like 1 of the few thus bothers but as you know or at least ive said I am originally a sword Bearers brotherhood thru and thru kinda want to try using them but they are points crap. I had some success with storm ra en and redeemer though but looking forward to putting 3 dreads on the table got the change I asked for though light salt they left gmdk bs at 3+

I don't have any NDKs and l don't want to own any. General rules changes are very nice . Librarian change is meh. Wish regular Squad psycanons and thunder hammers got a fix.

you dont need to run them, gks still do good without them. they are just an aditional option now that can kill vehicles, which we couldnt before.

this is the reason i stopped playing competitive, every fking game the enemy came up with new shit i did not know about, then searching for prove, blablabla. its so uncalming having to look up every single change in every game every time.
