Love it!!! Can't wait to see how your journey goes. 😁 I have been transitioning for two years and I no longer think gray is old or bad. I was first motivated by Sarah Harris from British Vogue and Annika Von Holdt. The best part has been learning to love something about myself that I was ashamed of and wanted to hide. I've carried over that love to other parts of myself that I felt ashamed of. It is so freeing! Anyway, I'm about to start a cosmetology apprenticeship... I'm very excited because I have always been into everything hair, but nervous and curious about how people will react to my natural hair.

I’am going throw this transition, I’am Guy but feel like vanity, very slow process… hair falls, scalp problems when i have clean and my Grey hair don’t change they are just There still but then happier but want to have salt and Pepper it’s beautiful 🌝🧐

Good idea! It looks great! I am at about 3 months no color 🤪 last week I went and bought my usual color, thinking I just can't take this gray coming in. But just don't want the chemicals on my scalp and hair anymore so then a few days ago I got a henna indigo color... But haven't put either in yet. Your right, there is SO MUCH back and forth. Such a big part of me wants to just let go and the other part just keeps grasping for my brown hair. Watching videos like yours helps keep me inspired. Keep going! Looks good 😊

This looks really good! So smart to die your lowest points your natural color. Id been dying my hair honey blonde for 30 years, similar to yours before. I wonder if I should do this too..I was naturally dark blonde in my 20s, then got a little darker in my 30s before I started covering the gray. I need to find some old photos to see exactly what I was, because I’m kind of forgetting. So thank you for this interesting idea. I was just going to highlight some areas on top, then tone silver to blend it, while keeping the blonde underneath, but I may do this on the bottoms, matching my natural color (whatever I discover that to be). Thanks again!

I am in the process of letting my natural hair colour grow as well. I have dark brown hair, so my demarkation line is quite obvious, but the reason why I wanted to get away from the dye is because I didn’t like exposing myself to toxic chemicals so I decided to just go cold turkey. I’m five months in.

I think your hair looks great. I cut all my blonde off and I have an all silver grey blunt cut. I must say that part of the allure of being silver definitely has to do with freedom from dye. Yes, the silver is different and cool. But I despised the hair dye process my whole life, the burning on my head and the maintenance so I am willing to look less glamorous in exchange for low maintenance hair thats healthy.
