As someone who also suffers anxiety and panic attacks, I feel for Grian here. Attacks are scary no matter how mild they are and I know I wouldn't have been able to continue until I calmed down. Hats off to Grian for pulling through!

grian did well with making sure to breathe but he definitely deserved to take more time to calm down :< glad hes ok tho :D

As someone who suffers relatively frequent panic and anxiety attacks, he handled that pretty well imo. The fact he managed to pull himself out of it as quick as he did is very impressive and he still managed to take out two of them during the peak of the attack. Tbh I would’ve had to just jump off and dip for like 10-15 minutes so I’m very glad for him. He’s nothing if not a real trooper.

This was so painful to watch but everyone handled it so well. Also he hit 2 people mid attack.

I feel bad for him I wasn’t big into MCC until MCC 17 (Grian’s huge win) so I didn’t watch it but this just makes me a little sad knowing how much pressure he was carrying on his back but he did so well!!

Totally understand what Grian is feeling. I’m a swimmer and get TERRIBLE pre race anxiety, a lot of heavy breathing and sometimes tears behind the blocks. Once i almost passed out because I stressed myself out so badly before the race had even started. Anxiety attacks are no joke, no matter how mild.

Feeling the stress of being the focus of maybe millions of viewers across tens of streamers and still just going "Yep. Having a panic attack", but still keeping going is hugely impressive.

I had a panic attack only about two weeks ago, I was in school, my autistic friend had one too, I only just managed to stay together, she had to leave. I don't have them too often I more will think of something and that'll set me off or it will be too loud for me to cope. But of course, I have to cope.

I felt so bad for him and also it reminds me of the time in school when I couldn’t finish my work btw this was year five and I’m a bit shy so I sat there on the urge of tears breathing in and out holding the tears back which was the wrong thing to do obviously

I get some pretty bad anxiety over intense games sometimes . I know it's not the same as when thousands of people are watching but I relate to him

I feel so bad for him not making it this time (though he did extremely well, especially in mid panic), but im also so happy for him that he was able to get the big win in mcc 17!!! His team was so supportive both times, and he’s done so well❤ and he was alone both times! I could never pull that off, especially with all those people watching. I love how honest he was as well. He’s awesome.

I understand why u did this and the sentiment behind it but if Grian were to find this, don't u think it might be a tad embarrassing for him? I know that if it were me then the last thing I would want is people not only seeing me live stream a panic attack but then to have it uploaded to youtube where I can't take it down would make me feel terrible. It's not like he did it on purpose, it is out of his control for the most part, i'm not saying take it down but I just wanted you to be aware :) P.S If it ever gets out that he did it for attention then I am going to stop supporting him completely as I am someone with anxiety and quite frankly it's very insulting, I hate people that fake things for attention so much.
