As to the flammability of your current base, I have a suggestion. You could totally make a base with wood on the outside, cobbled deep slate or deep slate as a second layer on the inside, and then wood on the inside covering up the deep slate, like a three-layer wall. That way if someone decides to burn your fort down, it will only reveal the deep slate fortifications you have made and it would be hilarious to see the other double life member’s faces when they see it. The wood layer on the inside is just so that other members won’t know about your fortifications even if they walk inside your base.

Fun facts about Sculk n’ stuff: The Deep Dark biome spawns mostly under mountains. No mobs spawn in the Deep Dark so it is very safe. Only natural Sculk Shriekers summon a Warden. You only get a Darkness effect from activating a Sculk Shrieker that isn’t going to summon a Warden. A Warden will not be Summoned if light level is 14 is the area around a Sculk Shrieker.
