i have them on a 16in with a 1-6x and they sit off-set i really like them... nice and simple .... when they are off-set popping them up is a lot easier since u can get right under them

I picked up this set for my new BCM MK2 11.5 MCMR upper. The set screw for the front sight punched a hole in T38 on my rail. The rear sight mounts very snug and no problem with it yet. Waiting on a MBUS pro front sight now to go shoot with it.

You seriously punched a hole through your rail? How in the heck did you manage that????

Almost 4 years after this video was published, I recently received a set. I can confirm Magpul MBUS Pros are still superior. These M2 sights wobble in the upright position and the threads on the long hex screw they use will carve grooves into your pic rail slots.

How do you feel about the mounting method for this sight? I am iffy on the way that you put the set screw down on the flat, instead of the traditional method

Would you pick these or the Midwest Industries combat flip up sights?

Both are good. The Griffins are more versatile because you can change to an offset mount. If you know you’ll only ever have them inline, the Midwest sights have fewer failure points because you don’t have to worry about a screw coming loose.

I have a set, and perhaps, a defective, but darn cat, both were almost impossible to deploy up and down! One has to take a chance to get a workable one! Suck ...stick with Troy or Magpul Pro! Even the Midwest brand is better. Get it right GA!
