You can tell he is having trouble finding the correct words to use because as he said he hasn't spoke English in a while. However, he has zero accent when he is speaking English which is crazy. You can tell he is a smart kid.

His vocabulary and theoretic knowledge is way better than people think. He has very limited experience speaking and practicing it, which is probably the best way to learn English. Once he does a few English interviews or hangs out more with English speaking people ( Papa/Atlas ) his English will be very, very good. Lastly maybe one day he will go to NA since he already speaks English quite well.

His pronunciation it's really good considering that for Koreans it's kind of difficult to adapt. He's just not used to it because he doesn't use it there.

what does it mean Viper was 18 at the time of interview but 20 in korean age? does Korea use different calendar?

Korea from my limited understanding do not count age the way it is counted in the west. In the west your first birthday is 1 year after the day you were born, whereas Koreans count the day you were born as your first birthday. So someone born in 1992 in the west might be 29 but someone born in Korea would be 30, or something like that.

He is good😱 its rare to see koreans good at english. But yeah still having problem pronouncing the r and l sounds. I dont know why though is it really that hard? xD

It's because of the Korean language. In Hangul (which is the Korean alphabet), there is only 1 character ㄹ which sounds like an 'L' with a roll. It's not exactly an 'L' sound and not exactly and 'R' sound. It's something in between. Which is why they have difficulty pronouncing L and R sounds.
