Great video but I'm wondering how come you didn't mention the indoor gym, and pickle ball courts add well as the lawn maintenance which I was told would also be included in the $285 dues -- with the exception of the to homes? They won't have pool access.

Thanks for watching! Yes, you are correct that the townhome section will not have access to the pool. At least that is what we have been told as well. Also, being that this is such a large community, we plan to do another video as the neighborhood gets more established, where we can showcase the amenities at that time since they aren’t completed yet.

Yikes, I agree, way too close to each other. If heaven forbid your neighbor's home catches fire, you shouldn't have to worry about yours going up in flames as well 😢

Absolutely! I can easily schedule a tour for you if you would like, as they have some ready to look at. I believe their townhome models should be completed now to view as well. Just wasn't video ready whenever we were out there unfortunately.

Which floor plan in particular? The west view as shown in this video? If so, the Westview’s base price is $490k at 2,015 square foot. If you get the “elite” version of this, which adds a loft and full bathroom on a half story, it bumps the base price up to $530k with 2,370 square foot. If you are looking for all of the base prices I would really recommend to check out their website as it will show the base price to all of their floor plans since they will be having a lot to offer. We will be rolling out floor plan videos soon so be sure to subscribe as that will be helpful. But see the link below for the Westview and easy access to the floor plan and pricing for other plans.
