@Roboman-xy5ps the serious answer would be it requires a lot of cleaning, and it's a very lengthy cleaning process. The answer that employees tend to give is that it's broken because the majority of us are only payed 10-15 dollars an hour, and they're to lazy to clean it. So they leave it to the maintenance guy, who most of the time is also too lazy to clean it.
