Is it just me or does anyone else find parts of this track reminds them of the beautiful and haunting whale song? A true talent and rare treat amongst all the manufactured tripe we have to listen to on a daily basis. My only regret... I didn't discover her earlier.

I never heard this one before, love it instantly! It was listening to Grimes music that got me into messing around with music myself a year or so ago!! Love how she makes such weird, different music! Her sound is its own genere!

Everyone who claims Grimes has "sold out" (sounds so stupid writing it down XD ) are likely the people who kinda "sold in" to her first place, and just claimed her creativity as an argument for their own supposed individuality.

wouldnt say she sold out, im just not a huge fan of her new sound. that being said, ive been a fan of hers for years and i understand that the great thing about her is that shes constantly evolving sonically. it keeps things interesting even if i dont always feel it.

hey claire. i went to a show you did in leeds, UK, a couple months ago.. twas frickin awesome, natch. tell those 'cool kids' at the front to fukken dance tho! lol. hope you can make it to glastonbury next year, for it is surely your spiritual home. also, stay for the weekend.. explore.. its magical. this track definitely has a certain rave-pagan feel to it, glastonbury native. yup. :)

To Gergsar im with you ....its what she is saying takes on a new story..and those who say her sound is the same..listen to literally most chart acts ..most of them deliver the same sound in one way or another ..its called staying safe ..they get a hit with a winning formula and one after the other hit repeats the same repertoire
