Because Grimlock pointed in this direction I’ll leave what I know here in case anyone wants to know. One of the ways they reproduce that I personally believe is the proper one is basically a spark emerges from the well of sparks and find a uninhabited Protoform, and afterwords said Proto form is essentially adopted by another transformer and taught everything they need to know in life. There are others but I prefer this one.

Don't hate me or Megatron or Soundwave for any of the following things that happened. I married Soundwave and I consensually made him have a kid with me, the kid is Radiowave Prime... Megatron got raped by some male humans... then Shockwave kidnapped Megatron then Starscream tried to negotiate with Megatron then Megatron refused to negotiate then Megatron got knocked out then he git tied up and thrown into the basement of the Decepticon Headquarters, then Megatron got raped by Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Shockwave, Devastator and Bruticus... which when Megatron got raped by Devastator and Bruticus, Megatron was in serious pain, but he couldn't scream for help because Starscream had placed a silencer in Megatron's mouth and tied it behind his head... now Megatron wants to kill thise who raped snd beatened him up so badly, he felt like he needs revenge on those who attacked him psychically and sexually... You'd not believe what scars and bruises Megatron has when you see him...
