Meanwhile, @avi.coop and @corymezzenga are hard at work repairing broken bolts under the car and reassembling our fresh drivetrain/suspension parts.

FYI it’s Fuji bond or ultra grey on the oil pan seal. Pretty much ultra grey on every machined surface on a Subaru for proper tolerance control.

you should toss that stock oil pan for the STi one...take no chances with oil starvation while you're out Hoonin' after you do all this work...would be a shame for that to happen...love the vids, keep up the good work gents!

great build, I'm doing something similar with ej22 shortblock mated to ej25d DOHC heads and running a td-04 at wastegate pressure. its all going into a 98 2nd Ge Legacy GT Wagon. Q: what headgaskets are you using? ones that match the ej22 shortblock or ones that match the ej25D cylinder heads?

Cometic ej22t headgaskets. Having a hard time finding them at the moment.

Hi nice build.. what i am interested in is what is going to happen when you mount that intercooler on and the bypass valve and the idle air controller clash. I also have a v4 WRX and would like to se e how you guys solve this issue.

Thank you very much! We're likely going to be running the setup without a BPV initially, then modify the TMIC to relocate the unit elsewhere.

I REALLY like the build! Keep up the awesome work. Not sure if your doors had power locks but 04 wrx wagon will work with very minor modifications to one rod and the pivot for the lock rods. Check out my 2 door build! Happy holidays Art!
