The mighty Grimsel Pass! We head down the north side in the direction of Innertkirchen. This is a hard pedaling descent at times with a few plateaus along the way. The huge dam walls and long tunnels give this a different, more industrial, feel to the surrounding passes.
This video stops in the town of Guttanen, we encountered a few roadwork stops after that. The 25 minute extended cut is exclusive t Patreon.

many years ago, I was second wheel behind a guy leading the group going down a mountain at 42 miles and someone actually made that left turn and the guy crashed into... he was extremely lucky only suffered surface damages nothing major was broken. I was really surprised he got on his feet. He managed to lift his bike and rolled over across the hood of that van.

THAT IS SICK!!! exciting just watching such descending and cornering at that incredible speed! I wonder if you guys need to balance your wheels to improve stability at high speed? i mean to add weight at opposite to the valve so that the mass is evenly distributed and less vibration? If you havn't done that, I really reccommand that. stability could bring much safer control at high speed.

yeah! the grad measure shows -1/0 while inside the tunnel(no gps coverage) and outside it goes wild -16/-17grad

90 km/h not bad but how does the GPS measure the speed through the tunnel? Even after the tunnel the coverage is very bad, at least with a Garmin Edge…. Did you also ride the Bernese side of Sustenpass?
