Rocket Bolts Skateboard Hardware Launch Manual: Installation
Take your skateboard deck and truck security to "tighter" levels, with our space age designed, Rocket Bolts.
No more loose trucks and damaged baseplates from hardware that gets loose over time.
Loose bolts wobble can cause mounting holes to widen, which makes it even harder to keep bolts tight.
Our Star-shaped head is flat underneath and not countersunk, staying tighter and helps prevent over-tightening. Vertical fins on the bolt shaft lock-into the deck, providing more stability and eliminate loose bolt wobble. This prolongs deck life and makes removing your trucks a breeze.
Only one tool needed for installation... Please enjoy this instructional video.

these actually seem kinda sick. i have a few sets of grindkings from the '90s-'00s - g5 highs, and 2 sets of g6 or g7s, and several other trucks with gk kingpins

I'm an end 80's and early to mid 90's Skater. The "Grinding Kingpin" kingpins are the one most if not my ocd most important component parts of my set-up. Until these days I've still own some brand new OG's sets from back then. Also sets of Graphic Trucks for display ONLY since they discontinued during that time. But these rocket bolts system I've seen them before already in the 90's. Kinda gimmicky sort of thing. It may work, but not for me. Those groves bites into your wood to hold it, dun like that idea. I've tried the "Disruptor's", they're really good I like them. It's good to see a good OG's brand coming back.

I've been skating and riding BMX since the late 80s, I slowly dropped the urge to sk8 and just rode my bike more and more, but all that's B.S. and besides the point. But, I do remember a truck fastener similar to this one. I just can't remember the name. "All you have to do " is hammer the screw into the deck and tighten and voila. But if they ever came loose and you didn't have any tools or access to any...you were phuqed. They would start twisting and wearing gouges into your deck. I only rode them a time or none ,but I do remember a good many of bro's sending those bolts to HELL. And then came the "U-Bolts ",I don't even know if they were actually called that,so be creative and look them up for no reason. Much love ❤️ and peace ✌️.

I would definitely buy a set to try them out if they came in 1-1/2".

Seems like this definitely damages your deck. Everytime you have to or want to take off and then reinstall your trucks, you're digging these teeth in the wood again. How often until the mounting hole is damaged enough that you have to toss the entire deck? I just can't get behind this.

how are u supposed to take off your trucks ?
@grindkingtrucks

It's easy! The same way you remove your trucks with any other bolts, just loosen and take off the nuts. The trucks will come right off and the bolts can be easily tapped out, ready for use again on your next setup.
