a class's ot round in this battle is one of my favorite verses from a gt rapper. i've come back to this vid to watch it on several occasions.

A Class impressed me for real. His freestyle game is real solid, you couldn't even realize it was a freestyle without thinking about it.

Everytime I watch this battle, I come away thinking the same thing: A-Class got this.

round 1 - rone round 2 - a-class round 3 - tie (maybe a-class) overtime - A-CLASS a-class wins. im happy a-class got this big win after getting jerked against caustic and a-class always has awesome multis, it was strange to see rone slip up twice but i give him credit for keeping going with the frees and everyone knows how good he is already anyway.

Omar is a character from the HBO Show "The Wire" he had all of the people scared when he came around and he was gay.

hard from the start, loved the agression, and I think he should have taken it in 3 strictly cause of Rone's stumble. This was a top shelf battle...respect!

I wanted to call this battle a Tie. Both rappers were tight and aggressive. Nice theatrics and delivery by Rone. But A-Class had his A-game fresh out the Apex. Excellent word play by A-Class. His aggression was consistent the whole time. Rone pulled his punches, too. This battle was tough to call. I expected OT to unravel this tangled hair, but it seems A-Class already knew he would own this, and so he saved his best game for last (just in case)... With A-Class he needed no "just in case", he sized up his opponent and knew what had to be done, and his execution was flawless. I like that, it's called Strategy. If all you listened to was A-Class saying "Ay Yo" then you weren't paying attention to the entire battle. Clean out your ears and open your eyes. This is one of the best Grind Time battles I've seen thus far. Congrats to A-Class.

This is the only battle where I truly think Rone lost and suffered a beating. DNA vs Rone was a great back and forth, tennis style matched battle, so its still tough to really call the winner. But this particular battle, zip up the bodybag and haul Rone away.

Rone had an off night ... Happens 2 the best of us ... But see these arnt freestyle Artist they writers and Idk about Yall , but when I was growing up Rapping and battling back in my Day it was Nothing but Freestyle 4 me ... And I get it .. Its like Boxing with the Gloves Rather then Bare Knuckle to make it the fight more entertaining... It's easier 2 write lyrics and have a couple of weeks 2 study ur opponent and get ur shit 2gether , and if they hosted more Battles where they would Freestyle they would probably fuck up a lot more ... I've been A fan of Rone and I'm surprised he couldn't freestyle his way 2 a victory... in a way I feel like he played it easy and it backfired on him
