Grinding Stone: David Knight, Trystan Hart, & Will Riordan battle up Stairway to Heaven (RAW)

The Stairway to Heaven was one of the most daunting features at the Grinding Stone Hard Enduro in Page, Arizona. David Knight, Will Riordan, and Trystan Hart all battled up this slick wall in a short amount of time. This raw footage showed how tough it was to climb.

I was at bottom watching all this unfold! Trystan going back to help Will was the highlight of this race for me. Straight up classy move by Trystan. Stairway to Heaven was down right nasty!

Awesome kid Tristan!!!! I was a fan, that little act of kindness was so awesome. That other rider just watched you struggle. When you had a chance to show kindness you did. 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

I was about to say, even though this is a race surely the riders help each other? I know over here in Oz, in the super nasty sections all of the pro riders work as a team to get through...

I know the hill angle is not good on camera but I’d go up the section just behind them thru that canyon then come back across the top . That area looks a lil more doable if not just behind them would give a better run up to the section they’re attempting .

You'll have to stop by Page AZ one day and go check this feature out, camera does no justice. That exit your looking at is a sheer cliff, only route up is the line you see with a brutal off camber ledge

@@stephenleddy5816 Exactly! The AZ and UT stuff you see on video is so far from what it is in reality... That section I would not wanna even take without a sticky rear trials and low psi on my 300 XCW....

Surprised he kept starting on the kink. Knight got up because he started a little further back and got that a extra momentum.

you do realize it's a race????? So the point is winning, competing and everything that goes along with it. Tristan showed you can do all that and still assist a competitor. Class act.
