My bar slips from my hand and when i am at the top motion where we have bring our chest out it gets to the tip of my fingers, just tell me where to place the bar at the start of the lift.

This will help a lot cuz when I attempted my deadlift PR again I barely could grip on to the bar.

Or used mixed grip or use straps. Deadlift is not a grip exercise. Bring those lady-like delicate paws, it's ok.

I hook grip it and it still slips out of my fingers, my hands are pretty small tho

You should work on not rounding your lower back first...
