Also that fairlife protein shake is literally the best one ive had as well. It taste like the chocolate milk I used to drink as a kid not chalky or a nasty aftertaste.

I have both Sam’s & Costco but typically have been going to Sam’s. I will now go to Costco 😊

Woke up getting ready for the gym (ughhh) and put you on by accident in the background for noise on the tv. But now im glad i did ! Im at 212 and i was 150 before covid and looked fit had friggin abs now i got a damn coochie belly . Lol. Im eating rye bread and an egg as i type this. I subscribed and hope i can stick to it like u. My goal is 45 lb loss i am 5"8 . How soon did you lose 45lbs with consistancy?
