Onion. Garlic and sweet potato lose nutritional value in the fridge and the cold compromised the flavor profiles. Try storing it on the kitchen counter in a bowl.

Ive actually checked (cause in the shop they dont keep it in the fridges) and peppers are best to store in the pantry :)

Recently found out... how you find it in the store is how it should be stored at home! So yes, onion, garlic & sweet potato should be out of the fridge.

I love the shelf with the mason jars filled with spices and other condiments it is so simple and yet adds to the cozy vibe of the kitchen~ Also! Easy lunch ideas would be so so appreciated!! Any healthy meals that i can make and transport to school/uni :)

I would also love a video about your cleaning routines - I love how organized you are, and I know you mentioned having a cleaning person come to do deep cleaning, but how do you keep the rest of your apartment so organized?? Love it Annie! I have a money and fridge-space saving tip for you - buy your smoothie greens already frozen! I always pick up bags of spinach and kale to keep in my freezer and pop in my smoothies, that way I also don’t have to worry about my greens wilting. 💕

If you wanted to make room in your refrigerator you can store sweet potatoes and onions in a cabinet. I keep mine in canvas bags in my pantry. As long as it is dark and low in humidity they will last for at least 2 weeks that way. Just an FYI. I love how simple you keep your diet. With my son it gets too complicated, but your diet is my overall goal.

Hi Annie!! I have lost 15kg by now by completely changing my nutrition and lifestyle and this is bringing a lot of joy, happiness, health and growth to my life. In this state you are such an inspiration to me. I have to change my whole wardrobe so could you please do a video on your chose on clothing? I thought I was the only one with a tiny fridge! Since moving to Switzerland it has been an adjustment for sure. Our grocery shopping looks incredibly similar and it's so cool to see many of the same products from DE to CH. :)
