Hello everyone! I hope you are all okay? I have been a bit quiet this week as a lot of my time has been taken up doing brand work, but I am trying to catch-up a little bit before the kids finish for Easter tomorrow. This was from the other week, but hopefully it's still useful! xx
MEAL PLAN
THURSDAY - Special fried rice for the kids and Mark is cooking for us.
FRIDAY - Mum’s 60th Birthday - Chinese takeaway at ours, followed by Lemon Drizzle Cake with cream and lemon curd.
SATURDAY - Homemade pizza night again - simple and easy!
SUNDAY - Roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings.
MONDAY - swimming & clubs Smoked sausage pasta (recipe carried over from last week)
TUESDAY - swimming & clubs Freezer dump - trying to clear it out ahead of the warmer weather for more ice lollies/BBQ food etc.
WEDNESDAY - Gammon, eggs and chips with salad.
