This is Beth's Mom, Jeanne. I accompanied the family to the Wagon Barn Market in this video. I purchased several of the small size grab-and-go casseroles. Today I baked the chicken and broccoli casserole and it was delicious! The serving was generous. Seasoning was very tasty. Chicken was in every bite. Carrots accompanied broccoli and the crumb topping was just-right crunchy. I really look forward to visiting this market again!

Girl, I’m watching the video now. I’m so glad that you got to go! I told you it was good. Steven talks about it all the time and constantly wants to go back down there. You won’t be disappointed with anything. We actually just had the Swiss chicken tonight for dinner. When you go back, in the back corner between the freezers and the dressings/marinades, there is a photo album you can look at and see where it all began. You can see what it looked like when they first started, which is when I first started going there. It’s fun to see.
