Follow along for current cost of groceries in New Zealand for a couple who follow a keto/low carb/intermittent fasting/OMAD lifestyle. Some goodies were for our pets too so those were deducted from the end of week 4 total cost. Our dogs are on a raw diet so we share a lot of fresh produce with them 🍎🥕🥦
