yes you can bring frozen goods to philippines just put it in the cooler even steaks thats what we do , put it in the freezer the night before and pack it in cooler before you go to the airport even styrofoam cooler

It’s a good thing they didn’t confiscate your uncle’s costco card. They would let you buy but owner of the card have to get it back. Unless you pay sa self checkout mas safe 😆
