Thanks, brother! Walmart is the best! I suggest buying the expensive chicken breast if you can because the cheap stuff is so waterlogged that pound for pound it's the same price after being cooked. And trust me--the taste of the expensive stuff is way better! P.S. Cage Free Great Value Egg Whites have been the cheaper ones as of late.

Tips for you Ezekiel bread lovers, put your hands in a bit of water and coat the bread (don’t soak it, just lightly coat). This reintroduces moisture into the bread after it’s been frozen so it’s not dry. You can also do this with any bread/even bagels after they have been frozen :)

When he said 127 dollars I was honestly shocked. That much food at a Canadian Walmart would get close to 250-300. I recognize there’s a conversion difference, but regardless it’s demoralizing seeing how expensive Canada has become.

Mostly processed foods. Sourcing matters. Work your budget but stay as natural as possible. You'll be thankful later in life.
