Lovely video thanks. I have a few questions. 1. Is this your monthly groceries or do you top up during the month? 2. I don't see meat, are you vegetarians? Please show us how much is spent per shopping it will give us a better view. Thanks

Hello, some of the items go beyond a month, while some of the items need to be topped up in the course of the month. Most of my grocery shopping videos do not show clips of me buying proteins like chicken, turkey, beef and fish, because I buy them from a butchery in large quantities and keep them in the freezer. So I don't buy them every month. Sometimes, I also buy my rice in bulk(bags) to last for sometime. Hence, most of my grocery shopping videos don't have clips of me buying meat and rice.
