The plaintiff and the defendant met at a grocery store, dated, and broke up. The plaintiff says while they were together, he gave the defendant money for rent, but she hasn’t paid him back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant argues she has paid back part of the loan and plans to pay the rest.

@helena3631 Very possible but there was one side that was verifiable which was the side of her being the abuser due to her actually being arrested for it and which also happens to be the side that was not allowed to be discussed. I have noticed that when it comes to the men being the victim of abuse, violence, or property destruction then there is always a lot of laughter about the situation or it is either dismissed/downplayed altogether. No one should be putting their hands on anyone in a violent manner or destroying anyone's property.

Not much I don't like about Judge Mathis but this is one... Judge Mathis was about to go in when the plaintiff when the defendant mentioned she was abused but as soon as the plaintiff said she was the abusive one and went to jail judge Mathis didn't give her the same energy the plaintiff was about to receive 🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ Judge Mathis does that a lot ....they even joke about the men that does fight back and just get hit by the woman🤦🏿‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️
