Hafa Adai and thank you for your comment. That's an awesome idea to add half ground turkey and ground beef. The meatier, the merrier! Which you can also add more or less veggies to your liking. The authentic recipe is with the green beans and tomatoes. But you can add whatever veggies you like. Make it your version of Beef Tinaktak. Well, I hope you have fun and enjoy the dish. They don't sell it stateside unfortunately, so you'd have to know someone. It definitely packs a punch compared to regular lemon and has a stronger taste, but you could still use fresh squeezed lemon and possibly add lime for a little extra tartness
