****TIMESTAMPS AND TIPS**** Ants/Soldier Ants (any): 3:27 Bombardeer Beetles: 4:30 Bees: 5:15 Black Ox Beetles: 5:35 Roly Polies/Sickly Roly Polies: 6:13 Ladybugs/Ladybirds/Infected Ladybugs: 7:25 Mosquitoes/Tiger Mosquitoes: 9:05 Stinkbugs/Green Shield Bugs (Either use a widow set or a gas mask if you are spawning lots of them): 9:55 Larvas/Infected Larvas/Ladybird Larvas: 10:41 Infected Bugs (do it only if you need the Infected Mites/Infected Weevils gold cards, because it is a raw science scam. Also, there are no Infected Wolf Spiders here and no Infected Broodmother of course, although it would be funny): 11:20 Wolf Spider/Infected Wolf Spider: 12:22 Orb Weavers/Orb Weaver Jr.s: 13:24 O.R.C.S.(The exclusives are Dust Mites, Fireflies and ARC.R.s and TAYZ.T.s, for an useless trinket, if a 100% report card isn't enough for you): 13:43 Moths: 14:48 Black Widows: 15:19 Wasps/Wasp Drones ( You can also get the gold cards during the Wasp Queen Bossfight, if you loot the Wasps/Wasp Drones as soon as you kill them (working at 2/2/2024)): 15:52 Termite Workers/Termite Soldiers/Termite King (pain): 16:29 I usually don't ask for likes in a comment because it is cringe, but I think this one is useful, so do it for other people to see this. P.S.: Aren't there any tick raids? If not, my method is (got 200 killed but no gold card 🙃): Go to the zone between the stump and the fallen log with: Widow set (it heals you if you kill a tick); Coaltana at level 7+ (better than termite axe in my opinion, but any spicy weapon is enough, as long as it isn't a busting weapon); Blademaster (for coaltana).

19:06 there is an even better place so that nothing can reach it, its in the milch molar bottle in the uper garden its a pain to always walk in there but the emiter is save

This is a useful guide. Although you can learn most of these things on the go. Like, for example, I'm currently raiding wasps for gold card (700 (!) kills so far, no gold yet) and I've learned that I have to summon them one by one, because there is no way of summoning multiple wasps (without drones) unless you do one by one. if you need both wasp and drone gold cards, then obvs it's worth putting in more than one part in the waft emitter, but because I have drone gold card, I only need wasps and I can't be asked to deal with drones, so I'm forced to do them one by one. Luckily I was kinda lucky with IWS (42 kills), so I didn't have to reload too many times, though Termite king (177 kills) did cost me a lot not just raw science, but also IRL time (13h). From the creatures left the most annoying gold card is Scarab (the only creature left that I can't summon with waft emitter) as I have killed 101 so far and still no gold card... so every few ingame days just gotta go back to undershed and rinse and repeat...

Those wasps kills are probably from killing the wasp queen. I have almost 1000 spiderling kills and no gold card because I killed the broodmother 22 times (~ 200 spiderlings from the broodmother fights). You either fought a lot of wasp queens, or are really unlucky, or both. I am surprised you aren't struggling with infected gnats... I have already 90 kills (ik the chance is 1%, but finding these is really hard) but got no gold card =(. P.S. You maybe can get the wasps gold card from boosfights if you are fast enough to loot the "minions". I got my orb weaver junior gold card like that with the broodmother fights: It must work for the wasps too.

@@anfo2469 I got gold from Wasp Queen after 16 kills, so not too many wasps were collected during that time (maybe 40-50 tops)... over 600 kills (from those previously 630, now 700 kills) are from waft raids, so I'm simply unlucky with them... and no I don't want to try to get gold through boss fight, because there'll be drones, which I hate... though I do start to think that maybe I should go around the yard and kill those wasps and hope that maybe one of them holds the gold card... it'll take me the same amount of time a 100 raids would do, but maybe it's worth a try... Spiderlings took me 601 kills to get gold... and I've read on reddit that quite a few people had to go through high number of spiderlings for gold... As for Infected gnats- I simply haven't fought too many of them yet - 82 so far (as my priorities currently are Wasps and Scarabs). After I'm done with wasps, I'll be going through infected creatures, because I only have gold cards for IWS and Infected Larva. But infected gnats do seem kinda annoying to collect, so It'll probably get quite annoying once I focus on them...

Wasps and wasp drones are easy to farm in masses if you have a structure around your waft emitter. The wasps will agro the structures which allows you to deal with one of them at a time.

Yeah I was in board with the whole all gold cards for 100% change because I feel like 100%ing a game should be an acheivement and is allowed to be a grind but the Termite King has single handedly changed that. I've spent over 300 000 raw science on duping his carapace alone, it's so dumb and I refuse to save/load for it. I really wish they'd upgrade it to boss status for 10% or even 5% heck even the meaty gnat got improved from 1% because it was such a feelsbad to farm for, and the termite king is a billion times worse. I'd even take reducing his summon cost from 100 to 50 so you have a chance to summon 2 in a raid. It's so dumb you can summon 18 BLACK WIDOWS (true final boss fight btw) but heaven forbid you be able summon more than 1 Termite King.

You can build inside the soda can by the pond to make it essentially invincible

@jesusjuice6772 there's a can by the pond, next to a juice box and a tree root. It takes some manipulating, but you can 100% get a foundation to clip. From there build up and set the waft in the back. Block the opening as best you can. The only insect that could damage anything was the rhino beetle when it threw bolders.

Is there a known fix for the bug, that creatures requiring Director Schmector can not spawn even if Director Schmector is defeated? Farming the green shield bug seems impossible without spawning it through the waft emitter.

I honestly didn’t know there was a bug for that? It’s killing the ass man I believe and not the director that spawns them but I don’t think there’s a fix sadly. I would contact the support team at obsidian for help

The raid bugs have reduced drops, so you usually don't get enough parts back without some form of extra loot luck.

I barely started hunting down the gold cards and I never realized I got the infected wolf spider gold card. I only killed 3 of them in total.

just a note for the infected wolfspider if you use 15 fangs it seems to guaranteed to spawn. we did it 7 times and we got 1 infected and 4 normal. i say 7 because we got the card after 7 trys 😁 so for the extra 2 fangs its worth it jus for the 100% chance

it was probably on mild: I have my mint mace at lvl9 on woah and have to combo the infected wolf spider 5 times to kill it. Even with the mint trinket (+15 mint damage), barbarian mutation (which is not used), smoothies, food and an eyepatch (not used) it would not be possible on woah.

Guard dog lvl 3 gives an extra 50% damage to raid bugs, so that's also helpful

Is it normal to get the Sickly Roly Poly Gold card with a singular kill? I just noticed i already had it with 1 kill but I didn't have the Normal Roly Poly's with like 59 kills

It is a 1/100 chance. I know that you get some early, like me getting IWS at like 15 kills, and some are a pain, like Para5yer getting his IWS at 300+

In the current grounded update that I’m commenting this at(1.3.5.4378) can you still get gold cards. Cuz I’ve killed over 400 wasps (excluding drones) and no gold. So either I’m just super unlucky or they got rid of it in this update

Strange, shield bugs only appear in raids when assistant manager is beaten so make sure that isn't the proble. Aside from that keep trying, maybe more parts will make them appear

The waft emitter is bugged or something because certain raids i do it'll bug out and a couple of the bugs won't take any damage, any reason why this happens ?

I cannot get the green shield bug I’ve tried it with a super stink sack twice but still haven’t got it, I have already killed the assistant manager and turned in the chip. I have no clue why it’s not working might be a glitch. 10:47

So the widow fangs give 10 points you say in the video it takes 20 to summon a widow then you put 1 widow fang in and a widow appears so is it 10 or 20 lol

The only one which was supposed to be harder is the normal broodmother, which has a 5% chance, instead of 10%. The meaty gnat is easier (10%) and the others were unchanged. At least that's what I think, but I have never tried to farm gold cards until something like a week ago, so I didn't notice. Maybe there is an external factor, or we are all unlucky.

What does a spawn value mean? Slso whats the point of doing this, just to get raw science and bug parts

You can use this for science, parts and gold cards. Spawn value means each part has a value and each creature needs a value to be met to spawn. So if a part has a value of 1 and a creature has a value of 3 then 9 parts would spawn 3 creatures

@Paraly5er if your gonna try this do it near the pond as sometimes on PlayStation the bugs that spawn during a raid can't be damaged they hit you you hit them back and it does nothing so you parry them back into the pond, you get alot of science too

it helps with most creatures, but the likes of Termite King or IWS simply have such high cost, that the best loot luck won't help you and you'll still need to either duplicate parts or reload the save after unsuccessful gold card attempt...

Today I put 16 super venoms in the waft and it spawned 18 widows…… I got enough super venom to spam it back to back grinding 18000 science every 5-10 minutes making duping resources and buff smoothies perfectly viable I’m at 74 widow kills and no gold card :(
